Since last we met, I have left 2 more voice mails for Mr. Ngo (on 9/11/08 and on 9/15/08). Of course, I received absolutely no response from him. Within my voicemails, I asked point-blank why he has not responded to any of my messages. In the meantime, I’ve drafted up a letter for the CEO, Mr. Steven Joe. I anticipate that if I still do not receive any message from them, I’ll be mailing the letter on the 6-month anniversary of when my problems began.
