Holy Crap! It’s finally here!

Holy crap! Today, when I got home from work, I looked inside my mailbox and I found…my refund check! After 5 months, I finally received this (partial) refund check, that I really should have received months ago. Regardless of the fact that this has finally reached a resolution, I feel compelled to write a letter to Steven Joe, the CEO of D-Link, at the very least, so he can start to pinpoint specific areas of D-Link’s customer service department to change and alleviate the frustration of other customers. Judging from some of the responses I’ve gotten from this blog, I’m not the only one.
